NEW QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ACHIEVEMENTS.
Our Meadville location is an AS9100D certified facility for the design, development, fabrication & repair of components. In addition, our Brookville & Grand Rapids are both ISO 9001:2015 certified.
INTRODUCED A NEW SERVICE.
This year, we launched our full-turnkey automation capabilities as a service on our website. Our team designs, builds & integrates automated laser systems for a variety of industries.

NEW LASER WELDERS
Added new AL-Flak 1200 W fiber laser welders to our shops in PA & MO.

NEW QA / MET LAB EQUIPMENT
Added an additional CMM machine to PA shop. We also added 7 new inspection instruments to our in-house MET LAB.
NEW CASE STUDIES
TURBINE ROTOR REPAIR WITH LASER WELD
Our customer needed a weld repair to build up the bearing surfaces on a 4340 shaft. Typically, this customer would have had to TIG weld the entire shaft.
LASER WELDING FOR POWER GENERATION
We built up the worn journal .050″ with a 1200 W Fiber Laser Welder. The repair was made without removing impellers. No pre or post-weld heat treatment needed.
TITANIUM IMPLANTS FOR SPINAL INJURY
Our laser welding process offers exceptional control over the weld penetration depth and allows us to produce high-quality welds with minimal heat input and pinpoint precision.
The ease of working with Phoenix Laser [stands out], whether it be having parts waterjet or needing a quick turnaround on laser weld repair.
