Laser Hard was formed as a partnership between Peters’ Heat Treating, Inc. and Phoenix Laser Solutions, both of Meadville, Pennsylvania, “Tool City, USA”. It is a strategic partnership between two companies who have a depth of knowledge in both heat treating and laser technology, respectively. Both companies have a long history as part of the manufacturing supply chain.

We provide laser heat treating services to an array of manufacturing industries, with applications including press break forms, cutting edges, firearms, gear teeth, feed screws, punches, and much more. The temperature control of the technology we utilize makes it possible for heat to be applied precisely to the desired area—in other words—we can harden selectively, without any material distortion to surrounding areas.
